The Night We Paint The LT Red

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the day (well actually, the night) is almost upon us. Take no prisoners! It's OUR night on the 15th of August this Friday evening, so prepare yourselves for utter carnage at the hands of.... our MCs for the night!


You'll be left in pain from the laughter. Also, look out for acts by The Kinky Dudes and The Meanies - presenting a skit, song and a dance!


Not forgetting our smashing solo performers, entertaining us with everything from songs to... inspirational speeches?


There'll be several SECRET guest performances as well - all lined up for YOUR entertainment!

Dinner will be served at 6pm at the tennis courts - you'll get access to a buffet spread of 12 dishes for just $6! Last minute orders will be fully entertained by any of the fac com members. Treat yourself to a great night after the econs test!

If you're feeling bored from 4 to 6, fret not! There will be a free movie screening of Step up 2 at LT 5, so why not pop by and chill out with your friends while munching on some snacks that will be up for grabs?

So, sit back and sit tight because the LOUDEST, FUNKIEST and definitely most HAPPENing faculty ARES is on the warpath!

Who's who

The faculty of ares

In Greek mythology, Ares, meaning battle and strife, is the Olympian god of war and son of Zeus and Hera.

Colour: Fiery Red
The colour red represents the fiery spirit and tenacity of Ares. Don't you feel your heart racing and adrenaline pumping when you see a sea of red cheering for their faculty? Not to mention we're the hottest faculty. :)

Mascot: Raging Stallion
When speaking of the stallion, courage and strength comes to mind - just like when speaking of our faculty!
